Welcome to Space to Be
You. Your story. Your pace.
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming. You may be carrying the weight of loss, navigating change, struggling with anxiety, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of where to turn.
I offer a safe, compassionate and confidential space where you can slow down, feel heard, and make sense of what is happening in your life. Together, we can explore whatever brings you here, helping you better understand yourself, your experiences, and the changes you want to make. We will work at a pace that feels right for you, supporting you towards greater understanding, confidence and wellbeing.
My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, inclusive and tailored to your individual needs. Drawing on person-centred, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural approaches, I work alongside you to find what feels most helpful. When words are difficult to find, creative and reflective ways of working can also be explored.
I have experience supporting adults, young people, families and carers, particularly around trauma, bereavement, loss and living loss. Alongside my counselling training, my practice is informed by extensive experience in relationship-based work, attachment, and two years of specialist Systemic and Family Therapy Practice training. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but you do not have to do it alone. I recognise the courage it takes to reach out and begin this journey, and I hold deep respect for those first steps, having experienced the value of a therapeutic journey myself.
Here, you are seen, heard and accepted.
